Justin Bieber was cited for driving in a “reckless manner at speeds in excess of 65 mph” the Los Angeles Times. He was stopped at 11:30 a.m. Friday by a California Highway Patrol officer in while driving his chrome Fisker Karma sports car. The officer notice Bieber weaving in and out of traffic along the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles at high speeds and pulled him over.
Bieber was trying to out run the paparazzi according to a witness who saw him exceeding 100 mph on the 101. As soon as he was stopped by police the four paparazzi car he was trying to get away from swarmed his car after he was pulled over.
Something has to be done by these over aggressive paparazzi before someone get seriously hurt, these guys are way out of control.
