A-list actress and academy award winner Hilary Swank is looking to net about $4 million as she attempts to sell her Pacific Palisades home for a cool $9.5 million. Swank bought the home 6 bed and 6.5 bath home for $5.8 million in 2007. Check out some pic of the place below:
