Look for Oprah‘s OWN Network to get a boost in viewers after getting the exclusive interview with Lance Armstrong. The interview received 3.2 million viewers which was her second biggest draw behind her interview with the late Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobby Kristina. The press that her interview with Armstrong received brought tons of potential new followers to the network, which was the break she needed to get people to find it on their cable systems. This is the first year since she launched the network that she is expected to not operate in the red.

Oprah also has a few huge programming deals that will help with viewership, she sis a deal with Tyler Perry for a scripted series for OWN, a joint venture with Discovery Communications and TV movie deal with HBO. 2013 is the year of the “O.”

According to sources Lance Armstrong take the Interview with Oprah on her show Next Chapter to admit that he did use performance enhancement drugs.

Oprah is set to go to Armstrong’s home in Austin, Texas this monday to film the interview and the show will broadcast Thursday night on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

Citing an anonymous source, USA Today reported that the disgraced cyclist plans to admit using performance-enhancing drugs, but likely will not get into details of the allegations outlined in a 2012 report by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency that led to Armstrong being stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and banned for life from the sport.

Justin Bieber tweeted this photo of himself and Oprah yesterday with the caption: “Me and @Oprah just swaggin it out.” For the last few days the media mogul has been hanging with Bieber getting footage for his episode on her Oprah’s Next Chapter show. Oprah got all up in Bieber’s mix while at his performance in Chicago. The exclusive interview will be airing on Nov. 25th on the OWN network.
